REGULATIONS FOR STAYING WITH AN ANIMAL
In the interests of safety and satisfaction for you, other Guests and our employees, we kindly ask you to comply with the following regulations:
1. The cost of an animal's stay at the Hotel is PLN 40 per stay.
2. When booking, please indicate the species / breed of the animal. The hotel reserves the right to refuse to accept animals that are generally considered to be threatening or aggressive.
3. The pet should stay only in the room to which it is assigned to.
4. For the sake of comfort and safety of the animal left alone in the room, hotel asks the Guest to provide a telephone number.
5. The Hotel accepts Guests only with healthy, dewormed animals, having the current health booklet including valid vaccinations (rabies).
6. The owner of the animal declares that the animal is healthy and does not pose a threat to other people and animals.
7. The animal should be kept in the Owner’s room. Otherwise, it must be led on a leash / in a carrier / on hands and be under the care of the owner. On the special occasions, hotel reserves the right to impose an order to put a muzzle when required.
8. It is unacceptable using hotel towels or bed linen for the needs of animals, staying of animals on beds and sofas and taking care of physiological needs in the room. On request, the hotel can provide towels for pets.
9. The animal may be accommodated only in rooms specially designated by the Hotel.
10. One or a maximum two pets are allowed to stay in a hotel room simultaneously (each paid separately).
11. The pet owner is responsible for any damage and contamination caused by his pet and is obligated to pay for any damage. Any damage to the property of the Hotel or the property of other Guests caused by animals will be assessed by the Hotel Management and its costs will be charged by the pet owners.
12. The owners of the animal are obliged to clean up the waste left by their pets on the premises and around the hotel. The owner of the animal should also make sure that the pet's behavior does not disturb the peace of other guests (e.g. with loud barking, screeching)
13. Cat owners must have a sand litter box and empty it into a plastic bag, which will then be thrown into a container indicated by a hotel employee. It is forbidden to empty litter boxes into the toilet.
14. If the animal disturbs the stay of other Guests, destroys the property of the hotel or may cause a threat to itself or other Guests, the Hotel will immediately contact the owner to solve the problem.
If the contact becomes impossible, the hotel reserves the right to enter the guest's room, including help of the appropriate services. All costs resulting from the above activities are covered by the owner of the animal.
15. The room cleaning service in which the pet is staying undergoes in the presence of the owner. Please contact the Reception to arrange cleaning hours.
16. For the safety of our employees and other Guests as well as their pets, please use appropriate door hangers.
